Plenty of guests arrive late. We have a key safe. Prior to your arrival, if you have notified us of a late check-in we email a letter full of instructions and photos of the foyer/key safe entry.
The key will be left in the safe with a letter attached to the entry door with your check-in details. We will also send a text to your phone to inform you before we go to bed!
Yes, we do. Most rooms are made up as 1 queen and then singles but we have multiple rooms with zip lock beds that can be made into large kings. Please let us know when booking.
We are happy for you to order food on line from Coles or Woolworths to have delivered prior to arrival. Please notify us of expected delivery time and put “Reception” rather than your apartment no. We put the cold things in the fridge for you.
Go for it, you are on holidays. Just let us know approx delivery date/time of delivery.
We will help in whatever way is needed. We can call an ambulance, arrange a house call Dr., offer support to the partner and if needed extend the stay. Please register your phone no.s prior to parents arriving.
Sure is, that is why we love direct phone or email contact. We can discuss your needs and advise on the best apartment for you, photos are available on the website but if you need additional photos to make your decision, please ask.
We certainly do. We have a number of sports channels. If your “sport” is not available we will try to get it for you. There are also a few movie, crime and Nat Geo channels available. All seasonal. Free to air channels are also available and Kids 24 is quite popular.
